Covenant House California is a non-profit organization that provides hope to homeless and at-risk youth (ages 18-21) and continually gives them a chance to change their lives. Since we began in 1988, we have grown to become a model of comprehensive services with critically needed programs in Los Angeles and Oakland East Bay area in California. For more than 12,000 youth each year, these services include street outreach, shelter, transitional living, health care, HIV/AIDS education, employment assistance, substance abuse counseling, psychological and psychiatric services, and a wide range of cultural and recreational activities. |
